I was introduced to Matera by a friend recently. It's become an every week tradition for my wife and me. Everything we've had has been great. They even mill their own flour for the pizza dough, the pancakes and the excellent creeps. The food, the service and the wood fired oven make this a great place to relax and eat.
Stop into Matera Caffe for a great wood fired pizza! My husband and I went with another couple. We all ordered salads and pizzas because they just sounded so great! And they were!! The gorgonzola salad was incredibly fresh with delicious berry dressing. We each ordered a different pizza so we could share - lots of fun and the flavors...
