Wonderful service. I needed an extra hole in a nice belt and I just didn't trust myself to do it right. The owner was so kind and did an excellent job and didn't even charge me! Highly recommend it!

Can't say enough good things. This place was small and could maybe use a make over but the owner is extremely nice and does A+ work. I took him a brand new Louis Vuitton purse that I wanted to do...

Only shoe repair I can find in Lancaster still doing business, and more importantly good business ... Says what they will do, do what they say they will do and at reasonable prices ... I can't ask...

The owner is so sweet and nice I love my Steve Madden wedges the sole was coming undone $6.50 to fix it up I will bring anything here that needs to be fixed

Don't let them touch your SHOES!!! I took a pair of boots there to have sole guards put on them and Raul the owner did them great I was happy so I told him that I had 2 pair of Jimmy Choo boots...
