This plumber - call him Mr. Ko - is great. He tries to help over the phone with plumbing issues when he can before he comes out and fixes things. Charges by the hour, and is very reliable and trustworthy. I've had to have him fix other plumbers problems for a rental unit. He does great work (knows his stuff) and is honest about what he charges. Highly recommended!
