Ordered my door August 8, 2015 and it is now December 26, 2015 and still no door, different story each time I have called. It was only going to be 8 - 10 weeks they said, can't believe anything they say. IF I get my door before 2016 it will be nothing short of a miracle!

Great place however I am having an issue with a door I purchased in March and I have not received a response from anyone at Master Iron. I have leafy several messages/texts. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible. Thanks.

Placed order for new door & transom on March 20, 2014. Company stated 8 weeks-10 weeks to install. 4.5 months later, still not installed. Now I have requested a refund of my deposit. Exhausted...
