I felt they were somewhat overpriced for the amount of worked that was needed. They were prompt, on time, courteous, but charged me 125.00 for 20 (or less) minutes of work, after giving me an initial estimate of 59.00 (trip charge) for the small amt of work needed to install the shower head faucet. We hired them for a bathroom/laundry room remodel... After now a month, I still have a leaky shower because of a poor/improper install. I've been waiting today for a late plumber who is returning for the 3rd time to hopefully fix it. The original plumber installed the toilet drain in the wrong direction.
