After being harassed by a MasTec employee on I-95 this morning in the HOV lane, I would recommend that the CEO spend less time undercover, and more time creating an organizational culture that doesn't retain dangerously aggressive employees. Not impressed with your organization at all. But I do have a killer video that clearly shows your employee, in your company truck with your logo nicely...

I called DirecTV for an appointment. The next day I got 3 calls in a matter of 2 minutes from this company at 7 am. The tech that was supposed to be at my house between 8-12 decided to call directv posing as my husband saying he wanted to change our service date, with no notification to us.
