The masseuse continued to chat during the massage, did not go the full time allotted, and would not put more pressure where I specified. In fact, she would refuse and move on.

I always get facials here and this was my first not so great experience. I had a new treatment with my facial, and there is only what I can describe as a burn under my eye.
