Worst customer service. Impossible to make an appointment. Clearly their staffing issue is a problem and employees actively blame members.

Hello Everyone,Please be aware that Massage Envy Spa filed a lawsuit against Spa Envy Salon, a long time established business in Champaign to force them to change their name they had prior. I believe this is an atrocity! If you are such a successful business that has a virtual different service that is sought by customers, why do you have to attack the little guy!

I called to book an appointment. I was asked if i was a member to which i replied no. The guy on the phone replied well we are booked until February.
