The front desk, Kayla, incredible. The massage therapist that took me back 15 minutes late, cut into my massage by 10 minutes then told me I had been late for my appointment, which I was 15 minutes early for, not so great. My time and money are not valuable to Claudia, I guess. Not sure I'll return..

First lemme say, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about the front desk staff here. I have never felt more relaxed and welcome than I do when I first walk in here. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews about this place-- I came here today for my birthday with my mom for an 1.5 hr massage. I had a complimentary foot scrub because it was my birthday, which I didn't expect! My massage was great. Shanti was my massage therapist and she was absolutely …
