I'm absolutely livid. I had a membership that I canceled 2016. 2 years later and they have decided to charge my credit card almost $2,000. Spoke to Jojo the "manager" and she gave me a bogus explanation to why they charged it. She said that they did not properly close out my account and only put a freeze …

The owner could really careless about her employees. If you're not going to care about all your employees then don't become an owner of an establishment. Talking to the staff, she's honestly terrible and apparently only really cares for one employee in particular. And treats her Eastvale ( I believe that's the other location I could be wrong ) location a lot better.

I recently had a great experience here with the Manager Jojo. I found myself in a bind and she was able to work with me and provided amazing customer service! I've been a member for a few years now and have always had an excellent experience with this location, it comes highly recommended!

I had one of the BEST massages I've ever had with Carlos! I highly recommend him! I already pre booked my next appointment with him! My husband and I have been members for a few months now and I've found the staff to always be very sweet, pleasant and customer focused!
