This location has owner who from all appearances is not very involved and hires young, inexperienced "managers" and front desk help. Therefore, you get people who talk loudly and laughter and doors slamming etc. while trying to get your massage. If you notice most of the complaints are about …

Get a massage here if you must but whatever you do, do not become a member, and for god's sake don't do autodraft. If you get hurt and can't get a massage trying to get out of this is a pain.
