Mason’s Keepe is the best apartment community I have ever lived in, but it isn’t without its flaws. Spacious apartments with high ceilings make them feel large and open. The community is gated, making it feel very safe. I’ve never had problems with packages getting stolen or suspicious people roaming around.This place is VERY pet friendly. They allow cats and dogs and they have two good sized...

My first year was clean, quite, friendly, safe and very convenient to everything. Lets do this again, round two starts now. :-)

Nice place till you have to move out! They treat you like you're important while you give them your money but as soon as you leaving, they treat you like trash!! Do not fall into this trap! They act like they care about you but really they only care when the checks are rolling in. I was late on my first payment and they sent me a letter of paying late fees, court costs, their lawyer fees etc.....

Hello,
We moved in last August 2015. They keep the pool clean, the grounds are clean, the maintenance is all over the place you see them cleaning picking up gardening keeping everything beautiful and whenever we open a ticket because we have an issue inside the apartment they immediately get back to us and within 24 hours or less it's taken care of. I'm giving 4 stars only because I have a long commute to work from Manassas. I've lived here for a little over a year, and I'm pleasantly surprised. To start, the office staff is very friendly and the maintenance responds fairly quickly to requests. Haven't experienced any noisy or disruptive neighbors so far.
