She's not very personable which is something I would appreciate. Her office staff have been rude on the phone several times to me. The reason I decided to look for another Dr. is that when I called in for a request for her to fax a new prescription for one of my continuing meds to my Pharmacy-by-Mail, it wasn't done.This is the third time in 2 years it was not done, and I find it unacceptable.
