Mason's dental assistant didn't smile the entire time she took care of Mason. She seemed in patient with him, asking him multiple times to open his mouth wider, almost yelling at him. This bothered me. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, but please don't take it out on my son.

Mitchell's experience was a good one. He mentioned to the dental assistant that he didn't like the strawberry toothpaste, so she switched it to grape flavor.
