Fantastic food art and delicious food!

I don’t know what to say with MARU. I was born as sushi & role lover and been to numbers of Japanese restaurant all over the country even outside of country however, this place is the best!!! Their creative food art is amazing and outstanding. No need to comment of how their food is fresh and delicious. Great food, enjoying the food art and good service plus reasonable price. Every single dollar is worth in the MARU.

Especially, two sushi chefs are the BOMB!!! Their recommendation, service and free trial make me most happy with the MARU.

Looking forward to next time...

Unfortunately I've only eaten at Maru once, and that was for a quick lunch. The sushi was as fresh and tasty as I've had in Cary, and the menu offered some interesting Korean dishes that make Maru a bit different from your regular Japanese restaurant. Looking forward to trying the Korean Pan Fried Seafood Pancake and Bibimbap

This place bills itself as Korean, but doesn't serve a lick of kimchee. Automatic fail.
