I'm sure their brisket is fine, but Sugar's Ribs in Chattanooga will steal you away with theirs.
Theirs is chopped so it keeps all the flavors in the meat. The first bite is mouthwatering and it only gets better from there. As a traveler who has had it even in Texas, Sugar's brisket is top notch- the best!!!

The beef brisket was great..very tender. Girlfriend had the ribs, a little dry...but still good. But the sides were fair at best and the cornbread was disappointing, it was a cornbread pancake, not the cake you expect. Atmosphere was as advertised, a joint, which is where you usually find the best bbq.
