A week before my brother's wedding I entrusted the OWNER of this place with a cut and high lights, when she was done and combing my hair it was falling out in chunks!! She had the indecency to charge me FULL price (o and give me a bottle (less than half full) of some oil "on the house" to make my hair "silky"! She KNEW what she had done and yet still charged me!! Worse thing is she's the owner...
