I have banked at the Credit Union for more than 25 years, and have had a super experience. However lately, I had a few disappointments with the Credit Union's response time; more than three days; and a less than customer-service attitude from associates on the phone. Still waiting to hear from the Credit Union regarding 'Bill Pay."
