Very comfortable new property in the heart of downtown Des Moines. Comfortable rooms with great views on the top floors, and that wonderfully comfortable Marriott bed. Full-service hotel with professional staff. I got a great weekend rate here through Priceline! Thanks, Captain Kirk, you're my hero!

The room was ok but the was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, nor was there ANY water pressure. Also the floors felt damp all of the time. I believe that it is due to the fact that there is no fan in the bathroom! ... more

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this hotel. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up to the doors. Check-in was fast. Rooms are nice and clean. We ate dinner in the resturant at the hotel. The food was great.
