The fact that they are right on the beach. Very Clean. Spacious. They provided us with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and all the towels we needed. The staff was very nice and friendly. Made my family feel very at home. The outside is a little misleading, the office isn't clearly visible. however it will not stop me from referring my family and friends.

The Marlin rentals are located on the shores of Cocoa Beach, 40 minutes’ drive from the Kennedy Space Center. Each unit features a full equipped kitchen and cable TV.
