I am sure the quality of the products at Markman's are adequate. But the attitude of the sales staff and indeed the elder Mr. Markman
himself are what I found lacking. I found him to be condescending and arrogant. I will never return and I certainly would not recommend his store to anyone I know.

My fiance purchased my ring from them in December of 2009 and proposed February of 2010. The diamonds are spectactular, and the services they offer are uncomprable! They will clean your ring any time you take it by the shop, they offer free rodium plating, and they tighten my prongs holding my diamond in each time I walk through the door. As far as customer service goes, they are pretty good...
