Go to Market for an eatery that serves an American cuisine where patrons tend to favor sandwiches. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
After twenty years, the Market qualifies as a Denver institution -- but it's still a hundred years younger than the buildings that surround it along Larimer Square. I love the Market so much!! They make a southwestern polenta that will knock your socks off! It's vegetarian (not vegan though) and it's amazing! The rest of the food is awesome as well. Get the Spring Fling Cake and you will never be the same again.
