He'd go between patronizing and yelling- when we'd managed to even GET a face to face appointment. He'd failed several times to follow through on our requests or adequately address our concerns. He also seemed incapable and/or unwilling to follow through on simple procedural issues and, in fact, was scolded by the presiding judge on more than one occassion for not having things done properly or AT ALL!
