The owner/manager is rude. I've purchased expensive carpets before, and I've never worked with anyone so abrupt and challenging when I had questions. Rather snotty. I do not recommend this place unless you have no questions and don't care at all about cost.

Went in here to buy a rug but I guess I wasn't dressed properly because I could not get anyone to talk to me. Better wear a suit if you want to buy a rug here. Their loss.
