I think they've done a great job with mending and cleaning and simple hems. I have never tried them for tailoring (yet). I have a friend who does and gave good feedback.

Very dissappointing work. New jeans just needing taken in. three tries later, still no fit (and I was charged for two of their three tries at it). A very simple straight skirt needing taken in, now has a nice little pooch on one side, so it will have to be done over. However, I will find a tailor who knows what they're doing. Worst tailoring job I have ever seen

Worst job of tailoring I have ever seen. 8 trips and still not done properly. This tailor was recommended by Jos. A. Banks as the one they prefer. Have to have all of the suit redone when my husband returns from London. $800.00 suit practically ruined. Run if someone recommends this shop.
