The thoughtful hostess takes great in meeting the needs of her guests. Everything was well thought out (bath robes, hair dryer, umbrellas, tea anytime) and clean, and the breakfasts were straight out of Gourmet magazine, though she also accommodates those who want oatmeal and dry toast. The bed was soft and comfortable. It is an easy walk to Gonzaga University...

Cozy, warm and unique, you don't want to miss out on this spectacular BnB! Breakfast was delicious, only exceeded by the kidness of the innkeeper! Super clean and convienient, with close priximity to Gonzaga University.

Lovely home, Phyllis is a treasure. It was just a one night stop, but Phyllis went out of her way to make sure we made the most of our stay. The breakfast was great...best scrambled eggs ever. Just have to mention the bed in the Roses room...the most comfortable we've ever slept in, in all the years we've been staying...

We booked this B & B the day of and Phyllis was very accommodating and was able to book us in right away. The house is easy to find and there is on site parking. When we walked up to the house Phyllis was there to greet us. She instantly made us feel welcome and had coffee, tea and cookies...
