Don't go to Maren Karsen Aveda Salon

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! It is located in Lincoln Center in Arlington, TX.

On my sisters wedding day they gave us an estimate of how much it would be for updo's. On the day of the wedding we were overcharged a lot. When I asked the front desk person named Vicki why my sister way charged way more than anyone else and she didn't even have an updo, just some curls, she said that because she's the "bride".

I called the owner 2 days later and ask him why this happened and to look into the pricing issue. He said he would call me back and took my number.

I'm STILL waiting (been 2 weeks) to call me back.

Tell all your friends and relatives not to go there. Save their money and go to somewhere reputable.

Been here several times. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is comfy. Cost is def in line with everywhere else around here....cheap compared to Dallas! Had a great cut and my girlfriend went for hair-color and loved it.

Had a great haircut recently at Maren Karsen and won't hesitate to return in several weeks. I wanted some layers (which I haven't had for a long time) and what's called a "swoop" bang...LOL. Anyway the cut brings out the shape of my face better and I really love it. Sydni does a great job and is so sweet! Keep up the good work.
