I was told to call 30 minutes before appointment time. I did, so the wait was short. Dr. Hammerman answered all my questions, and explained what would be don (with visual aids) and why. I found him to be knowlegible and compassionate. His office staff was also very helpful. I would recommend him highly

Dr. Hammerman and his staff (Sonia, Dawnielle, Lisa, Katie and Lil), make my husband feel better each time we are in the office. Sonia went out of her way to fit us in at the end of a very long day, but each person cared for us as if we were first. Dr. Hammerman was extremely sympathetic and ofcourse, brilliant. Awesome staff, very professional and efficient. Dr. Hammerman did my total knee replacement and I've never been happier. Great Orthopedic Surgeon and a great guy!

Dr. Hammerman has great bedside manner. He answered my questions and took the time to listen. His policy of calling 30 minutes prior great reduced the wait time in the office as I arrived and left within an hour.

Overbooked, I had to wait an hour and a half for a 10 minute consultation. The staff was rude and didn't care at all.
