My aunt was supposed to be in Transition Care but was placed in a memory care ward -- They said they didn't have any transition beds available (which certainly begs the question of why didn't they say that when contacted by the hospital). Severely understaffed. The good and caring people there can't possibly do quality work when the aids barely speak English. Maybe if they paid better they could get better educated and qualified people. It is very sad that at the end of somebody's life that this is the way they are treated (poorly).
