Staff was very quick to work with me and my Roomate. Made the process easy and straight forward. Clean rooms, painted walls, clean carpet, new appliances and flooring. Very satisfied!

We are currently at Maple View Apartment. Since the move in we've had quit a bit of problems with the ladies at the office. First thing was I saw an extra 280 dollars that was on my rent. I went to ask what was going on and the lady told me that the other lady must have not put in the money order for the prorated rent that i had already paid for when we moved in. I live at maple view the staff is amazing. My apartment is adorable the price is a little high for the space. The neighborhood is great.their is no pool gym and the laundry room is a bit pricey. Other than that the dogs bark all day and all night and parking is pretty off.
