The review below is not the truth! There is not a pool at this residence, The patios are old and don't stay shut, and it is noisy with kids and neighbors playing loud music everywhere! Management only concerns themselves with neighborhood gossip and collecting money and do not take care of these apartments at all. They are literally falling apart! Maple Canyon is a great place to stay. It is nice and quiet. The reps in the rental office respectful and friendly. It close to local restaurant and shopping. Good neighborhood for familes and affordable, highly recommended.
