It's unfortunate that this company takes SO LONG to complete an order. Because of mistakes on their end and the "demand in the glass world", it will be nearly two months before our windows and screens are installed/fixed. Their customer service isn't terrible, but I can tell you, if you don't call them yourself to check the status of your order, you'll never hear from them. Definitely not a...

I took a mirror to be cut last week and was told the mirror would be ready for pickup on 6/3/2013. I talked with the service rep and was told the mirror would be ready on 6/4/2013. Nothing was done to the mirror. So I went and picked up my mirror and took it to paradise glass. What a HUGE difference in customer service! Should have started with them first! I am an Air Force Veteran an I approve...

Over-Priced. 247 dollars to replace a connection hose to the hot water heater. Don't get me wrong, the tech gave me a price upfront, and stated it would take 30 mins to an hour to do the work. He was done in 10 minutes and still charged me 247.00. I just see how you expect to get repeat business with outrageous prices like that. Will never use them again.

never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter...

I used them to replace some broken glass in my dad's china cabinet. Nice people. Great service. Great prices. Hard to ask for more.
