Poor customer care

After years as a loyal customer we found Manny's unresponsive and unwilling to assist when we began to have quality issues with several appliances that were less than three years old. They were even unwilling to match competitive pricing for a replacement of a refrigerator that we less than 3 years old. Matching and beating pricing is something they always did and it's all over their website......

Went to purchase a air conditioner at the Wilbraham MA store.
Be carefull. Watch out for the sales people and manager.
They had a 5 day sale. Sale price was $219. Price at store was $249. They claimed they were not aware of the $219 price.
I produced an on-line price of $202.59. Sales person said he would honor that price. Manager said to get out the store. He was not going to sell us the air...

i would never buy anything from mannys again ever ever !!!!!!!!!!!! we bought a washer from them in jan.1 2011. . they sent out someone to check it out.they did not know what was wrong with it..they were going to call us back by the end of the day never heard anything from them.we are without washer more than a week still waiting .i will never buy anything from them again. and i will tell...
