The Critter!
Although ""The Critter"" is a great theater, it doesn't have the amenities that some of the newer theaters have, like leather seats, etc. However, its in the center of the promenade, so enjoy dinner, see a movie, then enjoy a drink or two afterwards!

Average theater with no frills
Classical theater amid the Santa Monica promenade trouble. Went there on an early Saturday evening and the admission was $11.57. Kinda overpriced-- I think.
