We have lived here for awhile and things have gone downhill in these buildings owned by Mangan Management. The management neglects these buildings and does not have any maintenance to speak of. The walls around the patio doors and windows are disintegrating. New tenants are not screened and questionable at best. The carpeting is extremely old and falling apart and does not get replaced. Office staff is unhelpful and complaints are not dealt with in a timely and/or reasonable fashion.
