Help us make it rightAfter a recent car accident our attorney recommended a case manager to oversee our care. We were unsure if a case manager was necessary, but went forward. We can honestly say now that we would be lost without our case manager from Managed Rehab. She has been a very important asset to our family during this whole process. We now know just how important it is to have a professional advocate on our behalf. Our case manager has been a crucial person in keeping us, our attorney, our doctors, and our insurance company, and anyone else involved up to date on whatever is happening. She is very organized and efficient, and never misses any appointment. She is always available when we call with questions or need information. Our attorney and insurance company have both complimented Managed Rehab and said that our case manager was excellent and wonderful to work with. As we continue this process, we are very confident that Managed Rehab was the best choice for our family. I would highly recommend them for any person in our situation. The owner Annelle Hill makes you sign papers during your first visit with her promising all these services as a case manager and then nothing ever gets accomplished. Poor case managers. They change case managers almost every 3 months which is not what you need if you've been in an accident . Company has problems with staff retention.
