A friendly local bank. Less like the big banks, I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you live in Southern Chester County, the locations are good and the hours reasonable.

Curt customer service reps. Clearly giving the customer (who has their money there) the impression that they have better things to do. This holds true for tellers as well. Disappointing hometown bank.

I signed up for a high interest checking account advertised in march 2009. The promo was that the account would earn +4% if I do the following monthly: visit account online, 10 debit transaction and 1 bill payment.
