The service department is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with, and that's just the start. Being a first time car buyer in my early twenties I was tricked into an outrageous interest rate and a higher price than listed online. Steer clear of this business.

Bought a vehicle from these guys and they didn't stop until it was the exact car i wanted (16 Midnight Impala LTZ).Since then I've had a manufacture issue (light bulbs) and a nail in my tire (my fault) which the service department took care of. I have changed my review about this dealership for the simple fact they never disclosed to me that the truck I bought from them had been wrecked. I had some limbs fall on the hood and when my insurance adjuster came out he said you know this front end has been repaired don't you? I took my car to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet to be serviced for the engine overheating on 10-4. They informed me that I needed a thermostat & to have my connections fixed because they were inserted incorrectly & it would fix the problem.
