Majestik Auto Spa in Chesapeake at 1470 Mt. Pleasant rd BUYER BEWARE / DAMAGES AT THIS CAR WASH
I had a serious problem with my first car wash at Majestik Auto Spa in Chesapeake at 1470 Mt. Pleasant rd that should concern anyone washing their car with them. They have a camera which videos your vehicle going into the carwash. Unfortunately they don’t have one of a vehicle exiting or they didn’t want to discuss that. I had a small seam in my windshield trim which was apparent, normal and it did not have a problem at entry to the carwash. The equipment pulled the seam apart which broke a piece of it and pulled it out of the channel. As a result my vehicle now has an open hole which will allow water to enter into the vehicle. The manager attempted to reinstall the trim back into the windshield and agreed there was a problem but stated he had to check goggle to see what the trim looked like on my truck. He showed me the video and tried to claim the hole was there because the trim had a seam. The general manager claimed that the problem already existed and that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I tried to speak with the owner in hopes that he would care about his company, customer service and be concerned if his equipment damages a vehicle. I thought at least he would call me, be willing to review the problem himself and at the least offer an apology. He reviewed the video, never looked at my vehicle and refused to speak with me directly assuming that his staff was right. You may get a decent wash here as I’m sure some people do but if they damage anything on your vehicle you can count on NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ADDRESSING DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE. You’ll will find poor management and owner who does not care about his customers. Just to show everyone that I’m fair I’m willing to give them chance to do what is right. I will take this down and write and excellent review if they address the problem that they created on my vehicle. Otherwise as I am sure you will see BUYER BEWARE WHEN LETTING THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOU VEHICLE!
