They Lie

VERY disappointed. Showed up 1/2 hour early. Did not remove all stains as they said they could. Overall cleaning decent BUT ...I got 3 estimates from local companies. One was less expensive. Two stated drying time for carpet anywhere from 12 to 48 hours.I chose Maize & Blue which was more expensive (over $760) ONLY because Gary Awad at this company said they used a special technique, no excessive water, their equipment had high suction plus they used fans which would result in carpets drying in ONE to TWO hours -- his business card states the same.They started at 11:30a.m. Friday 6/1/12. Finished approx 2:30p.m. He said it'd be dry by 4p.m.It is now Saturday 6/2/12 after 7a.m. and NOTHING is dry -- over 17 hours!I was charged an additional $175 for Scotchgard ... which is now mostly on the feet of the 2 people and 5 cats who live here and all over other flooring which I will now have to wash again once carpeting is finally dry.I chose Maize & Blue ONLY because of their 1-2 hour DRY TIME. They LIED and I am ANGRY.. None of my rooms can be put back together obviously.I would not recommend them because THEY LIED.
