Awful-run away.

Awful experience. If I could give him zero stars I would. I cannot begin to describe how unprofessional this company is. We received a quote in the fall for a Spring job. The quote was clearly laid out and agreed upon. The owner, Ben, started the job without advising what day he would begin. Yes, we sent emails requesting a day so we could be there to discuss specifics. He could not give us a day. He cleared the land one afternoon and at that point we asked him not to proceed further until he discussed some specifics with us, ie. shape of the bed, placement of rocks, etc. A few days later the project was completed, minus materials clearly laid out in the quote. He also added over $600 worth of materials without consulting us and expected us to pay for it. When we called him back to meet and express our dissatisfaction, he wanted to charge us for the correction. So, he took it upon himself to decide how our yard would look, shorted us on quoted materials, charged us for materials we did not agree to, lied about "adjusting our grade" and refused to fix a job that is clearly a mess. Unprofessional and dishonest. RUN. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. Grade F-
