I have been a client of Main Street Cleaners since 1994. Northeast Baptist Church would like to thank Main Street Cleaners for their generous gift certificate we will be giving as a door prize at our August 9th back to school picnic from 1p-5p. This business has horrible customer service. I dropped off items needed for a trip and was promised they would be ready the next day. When I returned to get the items they were not done and the only reasoning I got was that they were placed in the wrong bin. The employee was completely rude and unapologetic and offered no solution. I will definitely not return.

I needed clothes dry cleaned for a trip and was promised they would be ready the next day. When I went to pick them up the clothes had been put in the wrong bin and were not cleaned. The employee was not apologetic at all and offered no solution. I will definitely not be returning here.
