Breakfast was awesome. Farm fresh eggs, pancakes, from scratch biscuits and gravy. The calzone from the pizza kitchen was amazing. Highly recommend any meal at the Main Street Cafe.

Went here on a Monday when the usual restaurant we go to was closed. Although the food was good, the table we sat at did not have enough silverware for our group and after asking a waitress AND another lady (who we were told afterwards owned the place) for silverware - I ended up having to get up and go get it from another table myself. Not very good customer assistance there.

The food here is absolutely wonderful. Tasty Pizza and outstanding grilled cheese and fries, Coney dogs with homemamde Coney sauce. Coconut Pie and Angle Food Cake. Worth a trip to Worthington. Come on a Saturday and visit the many near-by antique shops.
