I'm VERY impressed with the service I've been recently getting with Maids-onCall! It's just not possible with my crazy work schedule to keep up with cleaning my apartment, and since this chore gets ignored I've started scheduling cleaning twice a month and it's working out GREAT! We have been using Maids On Call for over a year now. The experience has been trememdous. The owner allows flexibility in scheduling, the people they send are prompt and competent, and most of all - they are considerate and trustworthy. It is a pleasure to write and 'sing their praises'. We couldn't be more pleased.

Very customer focused. Always tries to come when needed and willing to do whatever you ask them to do above and beyond the regular cleaning. Interested in feedback after each cleaning. Phone is always answered no matter when I call and appreciate the call the night before cleaning just as a friendly reminder. I have used the service for almost 10 years now.
