Unfortunately, I never got the chance to actually use their service. I had an appointment arranged for 12:30pm for them to provide me an estimate. I confirmed for this time, as I was going to have to leave work and I had already confirmed an appointment with a moving company to come out 15 minutes prior. After waiting until 1:00pm, I decided I could not and should not wait any longer and left to return to work.
