They Don't Clean!!

THE WORST!! Very expensive and these people don't clean - they move dirt around and hide it. It is so obvious and when you point it out to them, they shrug their shoulders and leave. They have a "guarantee" which they ignore and it's useless trying to talk to anyone in their office. They want you to pay for a 2nd service, so they can complete the 1st service they didn't do! My dad has been using Maid Brigade for years. The house is always spotless, and they are always nice. They make sure to ask what needs to be done. Really polite and respectful in my room.
