never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 ///…

Over Priced I had a hot water heater replaced and they charged me over $2000 for the new heater. They gave me a cheap water heater probably cost $250 to $300 for the heater. They had to put in a tub that catches the water if the heater…

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

Way over priced!! Their labor charge was over twice all the other estimates and then there was a lot of extra un- specified expense added in.

Somehow, a pipe busted behind our washing machine and totally flooded the bottom floor of our house. Mai's got there quickly and even helped clean up the water afterward. They are sweet and professional :)
