I had not had my carpets cleaned for over 8 years and was highly doubtful that they would come out as great as they did. I tried in vain to shampoo them myself with a Bissell, needless to say not very good results. Will go the extra mile, excellent service, very resonable priced, great cleaning products that are safe on carpet, the carpet is soft, fresh & stays very clean. I will be having magic touch doing my carpet again!!!
