I stayed here for one night. It was my husband's birthday and there was a small cake waiting for us, which was a surprise to both of us. I'd asked for the nicest room they had - they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. They allowed us to check out an hour later for no fee. Often you sit in the back of a magic show and you think, if you were closer, you could see how they do it. This is an awesome hotel in a prime location on Highland Ave, right next to Hollywood Blvd. It's only a 2 minute walk to Grauman's Chinese Theatre and the Kodak Centre. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and the rates are very reasonable for it's location.
