It's easy to go to Magic Beans to pick up something for someone else and then to end up spending an hour getting plenty of things for yourself. Their selection of toys is great and they steer clear of the guns and violent toys that seem to be the bedrock of the chain toy stores. Wonderful children's store in downtown Brookline. Large assortment of quality strollers, clothing, bedding, toys, and other baby and toddler items. They have many unique items that you may not find at big box stores and the staff is very knowledgeable.
